  1. License Agreement
  2.  
  3. TO PERSONS THAT ACQUIRE OR USE THIS PACKAGE:
  4. YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE
  5. AGREEMENT PRIOR TO ACCEPTING OR USING THIS PACKAGE.  ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF
  6. ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THIS PACKAGE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE
  7. FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  If you do not agree with such terms and
  8. conditions, you should promptly return this package before using it to
  9. your place of purchase for a refund.
  10.  
  11. CE Software grants to you, the licensee, a non-exclusive license to use
  12. the software in this package (the "Software"), under the terms and
  13. conditions stated in this Agreement.  CE Software retains title to and
  14. owns this copy and all backup copies and any proprietary rights related
  15. to the Software; you have only the limited rights granted by this Agreement.

  17. You may:
  18. 1. use the Software on more than one machine, provided there is NO 
  19.    possibility that the Software is used on more than one machine at a time.
  20.  
  21. 2. transfer this license together with the original and all copies of the
  22.    Software and its documentation, all in their entirety, to another party.
  23.    The other party must agree to be legally bound by the terms and
  24.    conditions of this Agreement. You must notify CE Software.  Upon such
  25.    transfer your license is terminated.
  26.  
  27. 3. make and distribute copies of the the main program to others provided you:
  28.     a. explain the MacHonor system and convey the spirit thereof.
  29.     b. reproduce and include the copyright notice on all copies made.
  30.     c. do not copy the printed manual or the BONUS programs or files.
  31.     d. distribute this product entirely free of all charges.
  32.  
  33. Those wishing to charge a fee when distributing MacHonor products,
  34. including but not limited to copy fees & media charges, must receive
  35. written permission from CE Software.
  36.  
  37. If you have not yet licensed the use of this package, you may evaluate it
  38. for up to 45 days, after which time you must either license it or erase
  39. all copies.
  40.  
  41. TERM:
  42. This Agreement is effective until terminated.  Licensee may terminate it
  43. at any time by destroying the Software together with all copies in any
  44. form.  It will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or
  45. condition of this Agreement.  You agree upon such termination to destroy
  46. the Software and all copies in any form.
  47.  
  48. GENERAL:
  49. The laws of the State of Iowa shall govern this Agreement.  The invalidity
  50. or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the
  51. other provisions hereof.  This Agreement constitutes the entire and
  52. exclusive agreement, and supersedes any and all prior agreements and
  53. proposals, between CE Software and Licensee with regard to the Software
  54. and any other items contained in this package.
